Bay Path Summer Programs
Full tuition is due at the time of registration. Deposits or partial payments are not accepted.
Upon registration, parents/ guardians will need to provide all medical emergency contact and insurance information. As some programs will fill quickly, early registration is highly recommended.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted based upon availability. Programs are from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Before and after care is available.
A Parental Release / Photo Release Form and an Emergency Contact Form must be completed by the parent / guardian. Both forms are available under the “Forms” section (top left of this page).
Forms can be filled out and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or brought in on the first day of the program.
Cancellation and Refunds
Only a parent or guardian may request a refund. Full refunds, minus a $25 nonrefundable portion of tuition will be given on cancellations requested prior to the start of a program. If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be given.
Admission and Standards
Participants attending Bay Path Summer Programs must maintain a high standard of behavior, integrity, sportsmanship, and diligence. All attendees are expected to respect teachers, coaches, other campers, and all individuals involved with the Summer Program.
All Bay Path Summer Programs are committed to providing a developmental learning environment that reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities. Prior to registration, all applicants with disabilities are encouraged to reach out the Director of Summer Programs at email@example.com to discuss requirements and facilities.
Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School and Bay Path Summer Programs are not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property.
- Attendees should not bring large sums of money
- Attendees should not leave personal items unattended
- Attendees should identify their belongings by writing their name on items
Prior to registration opening, program descriptions will be available.
The information will include descriptions of what the program will entail, what skills and attributes the attendees will develop, along with recommended ages, required materials for campers to bring, and a materials fee, if any will be included in the registration fee.
Updates to the number and variety of offers may change, so check back periodically.
Processing refunds can take three to six weeks.
Transfer to a Different Program
There is no fee to transfer to a different program. Transfers are allowed on a space-available basis. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to complete a transfer.
During all times while attending Bay Path Summer Program, attendees will be supervised and instructed by licensed Bay Path teachers. Teachers might be assisted by Bay Path students.
Before and After Care
Bay Path Summer Program will be offering Before Care and After Care for attendees. Before care starts at 7:45 a.m. until the programs begin at 9 a.m. After care begins at 3 p.m. and shall continue until 4:45 p.m. Before Care and/or After Care is $10.00 per child, per day.
Snacks and refreshments
All Program attendees will be able to purchase water, exercise drinks, and snacks. Attendees are to provide their own lunch and may bring their own nut-free snacks. Every attendee should bring sunscreen!
