Class of 2018 Important Dates
May 4, 2018 Friday - The senior prom "Oh The Places You'll Go" at the Southbridge Hotel and Conference center from 6 to 11 pm. Tickets on sale for $80 per person.
May 29, 2018 Tuesday - Senior Class Trip to Six Flags New England. Time to be determined. Tickets for the park and lunch on sale now at $60 before deposit.
May 30, 2018 Wednesday - Seniors must report to the GYM by 8:45 am for graduation rehersal at Bay Path. Lunch will be provided and seniors will then board bus for DCU Center in Worcester to continue the graduation rehersal. The seniors will return to Bay Path by 4:30 pm. Seniors MUST ride the bus and will not be allowed in the DCU Center if they drive on their own. Seniors MUST have transportation home from Bay Path. NO BUSSES WILL BE PROVIDED.
May 31, 2018 Thursday - Seniors must report to school by 7:45 am for their final graduation rehersal. Caps and gowns will be issued at the end of the rehersal and the class picture will be taken. Rehersal time will be determined by how well the students rehearse.
May 31, 2018 Thursday - The Senior Awards night will take place at 6pm in the Bay path gymnasium. This event is by invitation only - invitations will be sent to award senior student recipients and their parents.
June 3, 2018 - Graduation will be held at the DCU center in Worcester at 1pm. Graduating seniors must report to the hall by 11:30am Doors to the event will open to the public at noon time. The doors will be closed at 1pm and will reopen for entry after the singing of the National Anthem.
Tickets - Each senior will receive 6 tickets to graduation. If more are needed, your son/daughter may put in a written request to Ms. Croke or Ms. powers no later than Tuesday May 15. Additional tickets will be distributed equally amongst those making requests.
Handicapped Seating - Any individual who has a state issued handicapped parking tag may apply for reserved seating at the graduation. These requests MUST be made in writting and seating will be provided for them and 3 other memberos of their group. Forms for these requests may be picked up in room 257. These forms must be returned no later than May 15.
Dress Code - Seniors must dress appropriately. this means, no flip flops, sneakers or work boots. If your son/daughter cannot purchase a pair of appropriate shoes, please let Ms. Croke or Ms. Powers know by May 8 and we will help.
