Science
The students learn about the properties of matter and how these properties help to organize elements on the periodic table. Students develop a better understanding of the structure of the atom. Students will be provided with a basic understanding of the structure and functions of the human body with an emphasis on homeostasis. We will begin by exploring the most basic unit of life, the cell and proceed through more complex organisms and the environments in which they live.
