Physical Education & Health

The goal of Physical Education is to provide students with the knowledge necessary to improve and maintain a healthy standard of fitness throughout their lifetimes. Students will participate in units designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Each Physical Education unit will help students develop leadership skills, the ability to work with a team, gross/fine motor skills, and proper sportsmanship etiquette.  Our goal as Physical Education instructors is to provide students with the tools needed to be happy, healthy adults that can productively contribute to society.
